C2E Support Lead (Common Cloud Environment) (Radford, VA)

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a C2E Support Lead to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 2 – Cloud Management. The lead manages cloud operations across AWS and Azure for ALTESS workloads and coordinates multi-project delivery in the Common Cloud Environment. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Lead day-to-day cloud operations across AWS and Azure for ALTESS workloads.
• Conduct SLA review and reporting to PL ALTESS leadership.
• Coordinate multi-project delivery and resourcing across cloud teams.
• Drive cost optimization, security posture, and FedRAMP/IL5 alignment.

• PMP Certification OR DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• Demonstrated AWS and/or Azure cloud management experience.
• Experience leading SLA review and reporting in a DoD environment.
• Multi-project leadership experience.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with C2E, cArmy, or the Army Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA).
• FedRAMP High workloads.
