Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an Applications Team Lead to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 4 – Application Management. The lead drives Dev Sec Ops -based delivery across multiple ALTESS-hosted applications and manages QA, Agile execution, and project budgets. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities- Lead Dev Sec Ops -based application delivery across the ALTESS portfolio.
- Run Agile ceremonies and manage QA/testing across multiple projects.
- Own budgets, schedule, and deliverables across the application team.
- Coordinate with Middleware and Database leads on integrated releases.
- 3+ years Dev Sec Ops experience.
- 3+ years Agile development processes and tooling.
- 3+ years QA application testing.
- 3+ years managing budgets across multiple application projects.
- Active SECRET clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with Army RMF application authorizations.
- Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
