CGI Federal is looking for a Common Cloud Environment Support Lead to support a program for the Army's PL ALTESS contract, a key U.S. Army organization providing IT services and support. The role involves managing infrastructure, platform, and application services across data centers and commercial clouds, modernizing IT systems by migrating them to the cloud, and ensuring mission‑critical application reliability.

Under direct supervision of the Services Management Division Chief, oversee the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers who implement, manage, and administer all C2E customer projects within AWS/Azure environments. Review all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), addendums, and cost estimates. Serve as the principal point of representation and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provide day‑to‑day technical and professional guidance and leadership as needed.

• Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Professional customer‑relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple large‑scale projects.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience managing application development projects.
