Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Network Defense Administrator to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 3 – Cybersecurity. The administrator operates ACAS scanning infrastructure per DISA ACAS Best Practices and manages PKI tokens, DISA Whitelist, PPSM, and AESS site reviews.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities- Operate ACAS scanning infrastructure per DISA ACAS Best Practices.
- Serve as AESS Site Reviewer; manage DISA Whitelist submissions.
- Administer PKI tokens and PPSM registrations.
- Drive STIG compliance across network-defense systems.
- 10+ years cybersecurity / network defense experience.
- Security+, CISSP, or equivalent (IAT/IAM per DoD 8140).
- ACAS infrastructure and scanning per DISA ACAS Best Practices.
- AESS Site Reviewer; DISA Whitelist; PKI Tokens; PPSM; STIG compliance.
- Active SECRET clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Tenable.sc or Tenable.io advanced experience.
- CCNA Security or Palo Alto PCNSE.
- Prior experience supporting Army enclave boundary defense.
