Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Network Administrator to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 1 – Operations. The administrator designs, configures, and maintains complex enterprise network infrastructure supporting ALTESS production workloads. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support environments running MS Windows Server 2019/2022, MS SQL 2019, Windows 11, VMware 7.x, and Oracle Enterprise Linux 8/9.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security incidents.
• Maintain STIG compliance for all network devices.

• Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Computing Environment certification (e.g., CCNA) — waivable up to 30 days post‑join.
• 3+ years designing and maintaining complex enterprise networks.
• Familiarity with MS Windows Server 2019/2022, MS SQL 2019, Windows 11, VMware 7.x, and Oracle Enterprise Linux 8/9.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.

• CCNP Enterprise.
• Palo Alto PCNSA or PCNSE.
• Experience with DISA enclave architectures and JRSS.
