Maintenance Worker, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Maintenance Worker / General Building Maintenance

• Regular maintenance duties (general carpentry & building repair, painting, basic electrical & plumbing, grounds work and light janitorial work, etc.)
• Operates and utilizes a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
• General surveillance of program/grounds/floors
• May keep simple records and make routine reports such as time expended and materials used
• Performs other maintenance related work as required

• Valid Driver's License
• General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience

• Schedule:
  
  3p-11p Monday-Friday
• Hourly Rate: $13.00 - $17.00/hour (based on skillset and experience)
• On the job training and tools provided
• Driver License Required
