The Plant Custodian will maintain the office and production areas according to the guidelines in place, ensuring that the office areas are clean and presentable for staff and guests. Cleaning duties in the plant area would include maintaining the cleanliness and break room.

Compensation: $16.00 USD/HR

• Monday-Thursday
• 6:00 a.m.
  
  -4:30 p.m.
• Flexibility is a must. Overtime, weekends required based on demand.

• Ensuring that the office areas and Production lunchroom and restrooms are clean and properly maintained.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas of offices.
• Wiping down work areas, desks, copier, etc.
• Cleaning restrooms and ensuring there are adequate supplies in each.
• Wiping down counters, sink and fridge in office area. In the Production area breakroom, wiping down tables, counters, and fridge.
• Emptying wastebaskets and replacing liners.
• Wet mopping tiled floor areas in office and production areas.
• Maintaining and cleaning supplies and tools required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Position may require periods of physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires continuous standing for periods of 4‑8 hrs.
• Position requires physical mobility involving repeated bending and stretching.
• Must be able to safely lift articles of a minimum of 25 lbs.

• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
