Assemble all standard motors using assembly drawings, shop travelers, outline drawings and process sheets (IM);
Magnetize small field assemblies and inspect own work for quality;
Operate test equipment and perform mechanical/electrical tests on motors;
Maintain material traceability and inventory using BOM and pick lists;
Assist in process improvement efforts and ensure safety/compliance
