• Perform routine chemical and physical tests and related duties under close supervision.
• Perform all types of chemical and physical tests under close supervision to train for promotion.
• Utilize all types of standard and specialized laboratory equipment.
• Perform a limited number of tests, select and collect samples under normal supervision.
• Assist higher rated technicians.
• Maintain related records.
• Observe all safety and housekeeping rules.

High School/GED

• High School or equivalent.

• B.S. in Chemistry
• Work experience in a laboratory setting.
