Assemble motors by reading and interpreting specification sheets, assembly drawings, outline drawings, and hook-up drawings;
Perform testing per IM, Test Procedure, and Motor Test Procedure to ensure motors meet requirements;
Paint and finish components including masking, spraying, and cleaning;
Windings and sub-assembly operations including laminations, commutator bars, and related processing;
Maintain inventory and traceability records and pull correct parts for assemblies
