This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment while ensuring precision, quality, and safety in production processes. In this role, you will set up and run machine tools, perform inspections, and monitor production outputs to meet tight tolerances and specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining equipment, identifying issues, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machine tools such as CNC lathes, machining centers, drill presses, grinders, punch presses, or similar equipment
- Set up equipment and perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations as required
- Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances
- Monitor feeds, speeds, and machining conditions to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Detect and report defective materials or abnormal machine conditions
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep
- Dispose of scrap and waste materials in compliance with company and environmental standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to operate and maintain machine tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high precision standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within time limits
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or diploma in Machine Technology or related field
- Experience with CNC equipment and basic NC programming
- Knowledge of trigonometry and advanced measurement techniques
- Experience working in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Experience maintaining tight tolerances
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Frequently needs to stand, walk, and sit.
- Occasionally, must climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Onsite – this role follows an onsite work schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full‑time basis.
Salary RangeExpected base salary range: $37,440–$43,950. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs.
