This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
We are seeking a Motor Assembler II to assist and support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of motors and related components within a manufacturing environment. Within this role, you will perform a wide range of assembly and testing tasks with minimal supervision, troubleshooting issues and supporting continuous improvement across multiple production areas.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all duties associated with Motor Assembler I responsibilities, supporting assembly, repair, and testing of motors as needed
- Assemble standard and large motors, actuators, and related components using blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Select and verify materials using Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain traceability documentation
- Perform mechanical and electrical testing using established procedures and testing equipment
- Troubleshoot product issues and identify root causes, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standards
- Support process improvements and assist with additional production tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Completion of a High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated proficiency of manufacturing processes and safety procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams and specifications
- Basic mathematical understanding and ability to use measuring instruments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- 2- 3 years of progressively complex manufacturing experience
- Experience operating motor assembly or winding equipment
- Familiarity with testing equipment and quality systems procedures
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently needs to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, the employee must climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.
Expected Base Salary Range$33,280-$45,718
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs.
