Motor Assembler - 1st Shift

Regal Rexnord Corporation -  - Responsibilities:
Assemble motors by reading and interpreting specification sheets, assembly drawings, and hook-up drawings;
Perform small precision assembly and assembly of large units as required;
Fabricate or form parts, coils, or structures according to specifications using drills, calipers, cutters, or saws;
Mark serial identification and maintain traceability records;
Pull correct parts for the assembly process from bill of materials;
Perform mechanical and electrical tests per procedures and ensure motors meet test requirements;
Paint and finish motor components as required, including masking and coating operations;
Assemble rotors and stators, including winding, soldering, and inspection as needed;
Conduct core processing and encapsulation tasks per established procedures and router instructions;
Coordinate with team members to hand off completed work to the next stage in the assembly process
