EvolutionHR is currently hiring Manufacturing Associates in Radford, VA on all shifts (1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd ). The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for assembling products, machine operation, material handling and/or order picking tasks. These positions pay $16-$18/hour + applicable shift differentials.

• Assist in the production process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to company standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while following established work procedures.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or GED is required for this position.
• We do have to run a background check. Also, you are required to pass a drug test including marijuana.
