Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent stepdown/PCU experience
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac, respiratory, and neuro monitoring equipment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to remain composed and effective in fast-paced situations
