Schedule:
PRN, as needed 7p-7a or 7a-7p
Hourly Rate: $24-$29/hour
LPN Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
- Medication administration and education to clients
- Ability to learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales)
- Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
- Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
- Other duties as assigned
- LPN license for VA
