Inspect parts per industry best practice and ensure compliance with specified requirements;
Create inspection plans and advise on inspection gage/process for mechanical parts, components, and assemblies;
Operate inspection equipment such as Optical Comparator, Faro Portable CMM, and other inspection systems;
Maintain daily 5S and metrics and complete internal audits to verify QMS RAD document compliance;
Support Quality Engineers with data collection, quality analyses, and nonconforming material disposition (DMRO)
