Micro Center - 550 East Lancaster Avenue - Responsibilities:
Ensure store policies and customer satisfaction standards are met at the store level;
Participate in front end staffing and training to hire and develop competent associates;
Provide regular coaching and feedback to associates regarding customer satisfaction and effective sales presentation;
Oversee execution of ad sets and visual merchandising standards within the department;
Lead front end freight flow and merchandise processing including regular cycle counts and loss prevention practices;
Ensure store office functions (cash handling, deposit paperwork) are completed accurately and in a timely manner
