You will play a crucial financial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing consulting and installation organization. The Opportunity

You will play a crucial financial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing consulting and installation organization. Working closely with leadership, you will oversee essential financial processes while expanding your skill set in a supportive environment. How You Will Make An Impact
  • Manage core accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including vendor invoice processing, payment applications, and customer collections.
  • Support job billing, project accounting, and cost tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting across active commercial projects.
  • Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to maintain total financial integrity.
  • Prepare and post journal entries while supporting monthly and year-end closing activities in alignment with GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and operations teams to resolve accounting, job costing, and billing inquiries promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve daily accounting processes and streamline reporting workflows as the business grows.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Hands-on experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles, job billing, and financial statement fundamentals.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and data reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple financial priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a track record of taking initiative.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Background in project-based, commercial technology, or construction accounting environment.
  • Experience with payroll processing, payroll tax activities, and job costing.
  • Direct working experience with ERP software, specifically Net Suite.
