Within Human Health, our Global Oncology Organization is recruiting for a
** Director, Global Oncology Marketing - Lifecycle Strategy**, reporting to the Executive Director, Lifecycle Management (LCM).This highly visible role is ideal for a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who thrives on solving complex commercial challenges, influencing across functions, and translating bold ideas into tangible business and patient impact. The Director will help shape late-lifecycle strategy for a leading oncology portfolio and partner closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to advance priorities that matter for patients and the company.

* Key Responsibilities:
** The Director will play a critical role in shaping and executing the global late-lifecycle strategy for our company's Oncology portfolio, helping maximize patient reach, commercial value, and long-term portfolio impact.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Develop and execute the global late-lifecycle strategy, partnering closely with regional teams to build capabilities, support implementation, and drive broad adoption
* Optimize the global launch of the subcutaneous formulation by sharpening strategy, strengthening the narrative, and enabling pull-through across global, regional, and local markets
* Lead development and delivery of global sales forecast guidance to inform strategic decision-making and portfolio planning
* Collaborate closely with Global Market Access, IP/Legal, Manufacturing, Development and Regulatory (R&D), Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting, Finance, and other key partners to deliver meaningful progress against prioritized elements of the late-lifecycle management strategy
* Ensure lifecycle management strategies and initiatives are grounded in robust insights and analytics across customers, competitors, market dynamics, and the broader healthcare environment
* 25% Travel, including some weekends
** Required
Experience and Skills:
*** Bachelor's degree
* 8+ years' experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles (marketing, access, insights)
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills; ability to influence without authority and collaborate successfully with business partners across the organization
* Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and financial acumen
* Strong written/verbal communication skills
** Preferred
Experience and Skills:
*** Advanced degree (MBA, MS/PhD)
* Prior oncology experience will be considered
* Experience working with global regions and markets
