Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Experiential Project Manager to join our team. In this paid role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovative experiential events. Your enthusiasm for event marketing combined with strong organizational skills will help bring creative visions to life while ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

• Assist in developing and executing experiential event concepts that align with client objectives and brand messaging.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to manage logistics, including catering, décor, entertainment, and technical requirements.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure all agreements adhere to budget constraints and quality standards.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion within scope.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during all phases of the event.

• Strong negotiation abilities coupled with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and clients.
• Experience in event marketing, event planning, or hospitality—preferably with banquet or restaurant experience—demonstrating a solid understanding of guest services.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of events management software, budgeting tools, and contracts administration.
• Familiarity with catering logistics, hotel or venue operations, and fundraising activities is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude that enhances guest experiences.
