Associate Director Role in External Reporting Group
This Associate Director role in the External Reporting group will be focused on the emerging area of Sustainability reporting, as the Company prepares its initial regulatory sustainability filings. This position will report to the Executive Director – External Reporting and will work extensively with the Sustainability Controller to help ensure our Company is positioned for and responsive to growing global regulatory external reporting requirements related to environmental, social and governance topics.
EducationMinimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Preferred: CPA
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of auditing and/or accounting background.
- Working knowledge of sustainability related topics and regulations, in particular familiarity with the CSRD and EU Taxonomy regulations.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in financial reporting, financial processes, and internal controls.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to react to changes quickly and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience working in complex environments and driving change.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to work in less structured work environment for daily activities.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience with the Workiva sustainability reporting module.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

The salary range for this role is $ - $. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
