Weareseekinga Graphic Designerforacontractpositiontosupportourmarketingandcommercialorganizationthroughcreativeprocessesanddeliverables .Thisrolewillcollaboratewithleadership,sales,marketing teams,andagencypartnerstoexecuteourannualtacticalplan.
Responsibilitiesincludedevelopinganddeployingnewandexistingcampaigns,supportingfieldrequests,andassistingcross-functionalteamswithinthe
US Companion Animaland Equinebusinessunit .The Graphic Designerwillworkcloselywithbrandmanagerstocreate ,proofread,edit,andformatmarketingmaterials,ensuringaconsistentbrandvoice.
Strongcriticalthinking,problem-solving,andcommunicationskillstoinfluencewithoutauthorityandnavigateambiguityinafast-pacedenvironmentareessential.
- Createpresentationsandcommunicationmaterialsbasedonleadershipguidance
- Revise Power Pointand PDFdocumentsperteamfeedbackorcopyapproval
- Re-sizecreativeadconceptsforprintanddigitaluse
- Designandre-sizesocialmediaplacementsusingexistingphotosandadconcepts
- Retouchandcolor-correct images
- Createflashcardsandbasicfieldsellingmaterialsaccordingtomarketingteamdirection
- Developstandardizedreportsandassistwithprioritizationtasks
- Editmarketingandpromotionalvideos,ensuringqualityandalignmentwithbrandstandards
- Createandmanagedigitalassetsformulti-channel campaigns
- Utilize Figmaforcollaborativedesignprojectsandprototyping
- Work within Veeva Promomatstomanage ,review,andsubmitcommercialmaterialsforapproval
- Minimumrequirededucation-Associate degree
- Preferred:
Bachelor’sdegree
- Experiencewithcorporatebrandingisamust-have
- Provenexperienceingraphicdesign,includingdigitalassetcreation
- 2-3yearsingraphicdesignprojects
- Proficientinuseof In Design ,Adobe,Powerpoint and Photoshopsoftware
- Experienceutilizingorcertificationsindesignsoftwaresuchas After Effects ,Dreamweaver,Adobe In Designand Photoshop
- Experience using
HTMLand Salesforceforemailcreation - Proficiencywithvideoeditingandrelatedsoftware(e.g.,Adobe Premiere,After Effects)
- Hands-onexperienceusingFigmafordesignandcollaboration
- Familiarity with Veeva Promomatsforcommercialcontentmanagement
- Strongattentiontodetail,organizational,andcommunicationskills
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinafast-paced,dynamic environment
- Experienceindevelopmentofandleading Graphic Designprojectsfor Animal Healthorpharmaceuticals
