Position Overview:

Rahway Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to serve as Vice Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student success, collaboration, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting the district's mission to provide high-quality education and services to all students.

Qualifications:

* Valid New Jersey Administrative Certificate with Principal endorsement.

* Master's degree from an accredited college/university.

* Minimum of five years of successful experience as a teacher.

* Ability to work effectively with staff and parents.

* Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a multicultural, diverse community.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Required criminal background check and proof of US citizenship or legal alien status.

* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
