As an Associate Scientist in Biologics Cell Culture Commercialization, you’ll be at the forefront of scientific advancement, building technical experience through cross‑functional partnerships with key business units and customers.

Your participation will be instrumental in supporting DS commercialization, process characterization, control strategy development, tech transfer to internal and external manufacturing sites, process validation, second‑generation process development and health authority licensure.

You’ll be supporting the transformation of our late‑stage pipeline into reality bringing lifesaving medicines to our patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Strategy
    :
    Support the delivery of robust DS strategies for successful commercialization. Support cell culture process development, process characterization and regulatory filing activities to ensure a smooth and clear path to successful PPQs and BLAs for the company's pipeline.
  • Technical Knowledge
    :
    Fundamental knowledge with mammalian cell culture processing of biologics (large molecule products).
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    :
    Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve program goals as One Team.
  • Problem Solving
    :
    Trouble‑shoot equipment and cell culture anomalies.
  • Communication
    :
    Foster collaboration and ensure transparency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovation
    :
    Support business improvement initiatives.
Requirements.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or a related field with 0–2 years of experience.

  • Experience in mammalian cell culture operations: aseptic handling, bioreactor operations, media preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $71,900.00 - $

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
