Parking Attendant (Part‑time)

A part‑time Parking Attendant will perform routine tasks such as monitoring and directing patrons entering and exiting the garage, maintaining parking properties, reporting problems or incidents, cleaning, snow removal, and other duties as assigned.

• Monitor traffic and assist patrons per established procedures.
• Report any incidents or problems.
• Conduct light cleaning and maintain parking facilities.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Follow all City policies, procedures, and uniform requirements.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Follow oral and written directions.
• No convictions that would make you unfit for the position.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to learn and implement new technology and equipment.

Pre‑employment drug screening, physical examination, and background check will be conducted.

Salary: $16.50 per hour.

Hours:

20 per week, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
