* The FP&A Associate Director will report to the Global Oncology FP&A Director.  The Associate Director will supporting financial planning and analysis for a Major porduct l, as well as consolidation for Oncology franchise.  The role will work extensively with the Global Oncology CBL Team as a key business partner.  The role will provide insights and analytics to support business decisions while we continue to grow the oncology business across all regions.

** Primary

Activities:

*
* + Provide Financial Support to the Global Disease Leads

+ Support Global Planning for LROP, Aug FC and Budget (e.g., Financial guidance, management presentation, templates and Financial Calendar)

+ Ensure alignment with HH US, International and Global CoE

+ Assist in the development of materials for Senior Leadership

+ Track Sales variances and ensure proper DTP/DTV

+ Provide Ad Hoc support as needed to marketing team as well as Tally and Impairment

+ Ensure alignment on closing activities as well as background information to support variances

+ Collaborate with Forecasting CoE to develop deep understanding of tumor details for both LROP and Budget

** Position Qualifications** :

** Education Minimum Requirement:*
* + BS/BA degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting

** Required

Experience and Skills:

*
* + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

+ Strong Analytical, communication, organizational and collaborations skills

+ Deliver high quality results under tight timeline

+ Demonstrated ability to interact with all stakeholders

+ High motivation and strong customer focus

+ Quick learner and ability to work in a dynamic environment

+ Solid knowledge of our Company Financial tools

Experience and Skills:

+ SAP and BPC Experience and strong Excel, Power Point and Think Cell skills
