Position

Description:

The FP&A Associate Director will report to the Global Oncology FP&A Director. The Associate Director will supporting financial planning and analysis for a Major product, as well as consolidation for Oncology franchise. The role will work extensively with the Global Oncology CBL Team as a key business partner. The role will provide insights and analytics to support business decisions while we continue to grow the oncology business across all regions.

Primary

Activities:
  • Provide Financial Support to the Global Disease Leads
  • Support Global Planning for LROP, Aug FC and Budget (e.g., Financial guidance, management presentation, templates and Financial Calendar)
  • Ensure alignment with HH US, International and Global CoE
  • Assist in the development of materials for Senior Leadership
  • Track Sales variances and ensure proper DTP/DTV
  • Provide Ad Hoc support as needed to marketing team as well as Tally and Impairment
  • Ensure alignment on closing activities as well as background information to support variances
  • Collaborate with Forecasting CoE to develop deep understanding of tumor details for both LROP and Budget
Position

Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement: BS/BA degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Analytical, communication, organizational and collaborations skills
  • Deliver high quality results under tight timeline
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all stakeholders
  • High motivation and strong customer focus
  • Quick learner and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Solid knowledge of our Company Financial tools
Preferred

Experience and Skills:
  • Master of Business Administration degree
  • SAP and BPC Experience and strong Excel, Power Point and Think Cell skills
