** Our Global Enduser Service Team is dedicated to improve user experience and implement local and global IT projects related to IT infrastructure.

** Purpose of the role
** The IT Business Technology Partner plays a key role in supporting, planning, and executing IT infrastructure strategies. This position ensures full compliance with all relevant global and local regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to global IT policies and standards. By maintaining strong communication with both local and global stakeholders, the IT Business Technology Partner effectively translates business needs into a suitably scaled and fit‑for‑purpose IT infrastructure.

The IT infrastructure scope includes laptops/desktops, networks, security, servers, and telephony across all business divisions within the market and on site. Close collaboration with IT colleagues and business teams is essential to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.

The role carries end‑to‑end responsibility for IT infrastructure—from demand management and planning through to implementation and ongoing service management of infrastructure initiatives.
** Primary responsibilities
*** Supporting global project related to implementing and updating IT infrastructure at the Boxmeer site.
* Deliver support for complex issues related to the IT infrastructure at the Boxmeer site.
* Support and manage local projects related to IT infrastructure.
* Cooperate with global and local support teams to ensure SLA’s are met.
* Improve customer experience.
* Ensure the lifecycle of IT equipment is up-to-date.
* Deliver standby support on rotation base.
* Participate in global teams focused on global or regional IT improvements.
** What we ask
**
* Education:

MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Proven experience in working within an IT service framework (ITIL), throughout the service lifecycle.
* Proficient in Dutch and English.
* Proven experience in working in an IT-Infrastructure role.
* Relevant Microsoft and Cisco certifications preferred.
