This role translates highly strategic, complex initiatives that impact multiple teams into executable launch and operational plans. It manages cross‑enterprise dependencies and ensures markets are prepared to adopt and realize value from strategic initiatives.

  • Maintain project roadmaps, dependency matrices, integration plans, milestone tracking, and go/no‑go criteria.
  • Translate technical integration risks and vendor dependencies into business‑facing decisions and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate deployment readiness: cutover/rollback planning, operational runbooks, and post‑launch validation focused on market impacts.
  • Drive change management and adoption: communications, stakeholder engagement, training curricula, and measurement of adoption KPIs.
  • Work with Portfolio and Product teams to prioritise initiatives based on strategic value, market readiness, and resource capacity.
  • Manage strategic partners and vendor deliverables across multiple markets; ensure SLAs and integration timelines are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage 1‑2 project managers to embed consistent practices and drive predictability.
  • Report program status, risks, and value realisation to senior leadership and adjust plans based on outcomes.
Education Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project/Program Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program or portfolio management delivering global, cross‑functional initiatives, including market activation or commercial launches.
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders, running governance forums, and coordinating across markets and vendors.
  • Technical fluency (software delivery lifecycle, APIs/integration concepts, cloud concepts, release orchestration) sufficient to coordinate technical teams and surface integration risks.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or SFIA‑aligned capability preferred.
Core Competencies
  • Executive stakeholder influence and governance
  • Program orchestration and multi‑workstream dependency management
  • Market readiness planning and adoption/change management
