Mandatory skills:
- Assay development knowledge
- 10+ years in product/business analysis or similar roles within pharma, biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare tech.
- Must have hands-on assay development knowledge (experimental design, optimization, and common validation attributes).
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, backlog ownership, and end-to-end SDLC delivery.
- Familiarity with lab operations and assay configuration concepts (methods, instruments, reagents, controls).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills; expert at writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or similar).
- Experience with LIMS, ELN, instrument integration, and lab informatics.
- Exposure to data models for assay results, metadata, and audit trails.
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and release management.
