Responsibilities
- Work across the Trial Financial Management Product area to support programs that enable business partners to operate without obstacles.
- Build expertise on system validations and learn the end-to-end clinical process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to uncover and communicate user needs.
- Plan, design and conduct testing activities, engage support teams and compile training and communication content for users.
- Apply a structured approach to discover, document and manage business processes and stakeholder needs.
- Gather insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, unarticulated problems, unmet needs and pain points.
- Work side by side with business stakeholders, product users, product managers and technical leads to ensure IT solutions are valuable and viable.
- Gather documentation related to the business process in the clinical domain and document business/user needs while tracing requests and responses.
- Continuously broaden expertise in the Clinical Trials business domain.
- Leverage business and user insights to form solution ideas and make prioritization decisions to maximize the value of IT solutions.
- Work with the business to identify value for initiatives and determine measurement approaches for achieving targeted business value.
- Be accountable for enablement, adoption and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product.
- Build knowledge of existing solutions through IT communities and leverage them for business stakeholders.
- Partner with squad members—including scrum masters, technical leads and development team—to manage high-quality product delivery using Agile SDLC methodology.
- Ensure a healthy backlog of well‑formed epics, features and user stories that align with the roadmap and serve as delivery squad requirements.
- Follow and apply the Product Model principles to maximize business value.
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 2years of experience as a Product/Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working within a global team.
- Open and receptive to listening; able to ask thoughtful questions.
- Curious and persistent; able to discern pain points, simplify complex problems, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend improvements.
- Critical thinker who balances stakeholder and user needs while fostering collaboration.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing technology and able to apply it to business needs.
- Strong relationship management across expertise, geography and culture, regardless of hierarchy.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate among multiple people and groups.
- Self‑driven and capable of working independently.
- Outstanding communication skills – able to convey complex concepts in simple ways.
- Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of the Clinical Trials domain from the data collection and management perspective.
