Director, Global Access Insights

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Global Access Insights Director in oncology to join our Market Access Insights & Forecasting organization. This role sits at the intersection of market access strategy, advanced analytics, and research, enabling data-driven decision-making to support global access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies.

• Serve as a strategic partner to global oncology market access and pricing teams to help identify and frame key business questions
• Develop integrated research and analytics plans to inform global access strategies
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Translate insights into compelling, executive-ready narratives
• Strong understanding of primary market research methodologies and their use in generating actionable insights

• Utilize emerging technologies related to large language models and agentic AI including use case development on behalf of GMAx stakeholders
• Integrate primary market research, secondary data, and external data sources
• Develop ex-US predictive models for pricing, access, and reimbursement scenarios
• Ensure scalability and reuse of insights

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including direct and indirect reports located across the globe

• Undergraduate degree in related discipline required
• MBA or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Statistics, Policy or related field preferred

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant delivery of complex insight projects in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including at least 5 years in market access (global experience preferred)
• 5+ years in oncology
• Experience from a similar role at a pharmaceuticals firm or at a management consulting firm, with strong understanding of the global pharma landscape and commercial analytics capabilities
• Strong understanding of oncology access dynamics (US, EU, CN, JP)
• Cross‑functional leadership experience
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Ability to understand business process and break down business questions into specific, tangible hypotheses and requirements to guide analysis
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with an appreciation for data‑oriented analytical methods
• Ability to operate in an unstructured environment and strong organizational skills to create structure and clarity

• Predictive modeling and scenario analysis expertise
• Experience with external pricing or market access platforms such as Navlin or similar tools
• Experience applying AI or digital tools to insight generation and monitoring

• Ideal candidate should have the flexibility to be on site 3 days a week in Upper Gwynedd, PA or Rahway, NJ
