Business Analyst

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories).
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis and SQL.
• Experience with any BA tools (JIRA, Visio, Power BI).
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or Java.
• Experience in the pharma domain.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment across SDLC phases including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work with architects and developers to define system workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Support testing and validation by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and ensuring requirements traceability.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and manage requirement prioritization.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvements, automation, and optimization.
