Signals Technical Analyst / ELN Analyst to support Revvity (Perkin Elmer) Signals, which is an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) used in pharma R&D and manufacturing. They want someone who can bridge business, scientific users, and IT, while ensuring everything is GxP-compliant. It is a functional / technical analyst + product role. The person will:
- Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners
- Translate scientific & business needs into system requirements
- Support, configure, and enhance the Revvity Signals ELN platform
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP) throughout the system lifecycle
Job Description:
The IT Product Analyst will collaborate with the Product Owner and Product Management team, reporting to the Product Manager of Assay Data Processing. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support and enhance digital solutions within the pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing domains. The focus is on GxP-compliant systems and electronic laboratory notebooks (e-notebooks), ensuring that solutions meet both regulatory standards and the scientific needs of diverse users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for GxP-regulated systems
- Hands-on experience with electronic laboratory notebooks (Revvity Signals)
- Support the implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management of e-notebook solutions (e.g., Revvity Signals or similar)
- Ensure systems and processes comply with GxP regulations, including validation, audit readiness, and data integrity
- Act as a product owner or SME for assigned digital solutions, driving enhancements and resolving issues
- Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to support compliance activities, including change control and User Acceptance Test processes
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and onboarding for new features and system upgrades
- Monitor user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain full SDLC documentation set, for example user stories, functional specifications, SOPs, and validation liverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis or product management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of GxP regulations and their application in IT systems
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. This would include hands on experience with Jira, testing tools, and Confluence applications
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with validation documentation and audit support is a plus
