Lead Gen AI Engineer

Job Title

To develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to meet project objectives and also provide technical guidance for work completion. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions/review. To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

To identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies/contingency plans to address risks. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.

Additional requirements:

GenAIMachine Learning Prompt Engineering Python scripting Azure AI Services Experience in GenAI Based AI/Machine Learning Technology Experience in Data Analysis and Prompt Engineering. Experience in Python script writing Experience in Azure AI Services. Experience in CI/CD Pipeline (Bitbucket) and continuous monitoring Experience in Change/Release Management Experience in ITIL Support (Incident/Request/Change/Problem Management) Good coordination with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and service teams. The candidate should have good communication and inter-personal skills.
