M365/Exchange Engineer
Location:
Rahway, NJ
MUST HAVE
SKILLS:
- Knowledge about EOP and the power shell scripting
- Knowledge on CES or Iron Port
- Knowledge about EOP rules
- Knowledge about Outlook issues
- Hands on experience for Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013
- Client connectivity knowledge related to exchange 2010 and exchange 2013
- Providing Level 2 support for Exchange 2007/2010/2013/O365 users
- Achieve customer satisfaction/SLA
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Interact with different support team/customer to resolve the issues within SLA time period
- Attend customer meeting and fulfill customer expectations
- Operational management of a Global Exchange domain
- Participate in a 24X7-hour on-call rotation to provide after business hours support
- Physical and logical server monitoring of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013 systems including hardware, operating system and applications
- Monitor e-Mail messaging to internal and external Domains (Internet), SMTP
