Job Description

The Process Intelligence and Experience Design organization serves as a strategic enabler of enterprise transformation. We bring end-to-end visibility to business processes, connect data and user insights to decision making and ensure that optimization precedes automation. Our mandate is to architect optimized, insight-driven processes and experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes, enabling scalable transformation, digital acceleration, and adoption.

• Lead elements of strategic project work streams.
• Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Leverage knowledge of core systems to locate appropriate process data.
• Partner with data owners to identify data sources that can be leveraged in process models.
• Produce process models using relevant applications.
• Demonstrate process models and data-driven recommendations to end users.

• Lead the modelling of current-state and desired business process scenarios, applying corporate modelling standards, definitions, techniques (e.g., BPMN – Business Process Modelling and Notation) and utilizing corporate-sanctioned modelling tools (e.g., CPM – Celonis Process Modelling).
• Conduct analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for solutions that leverage AI, automation, or Process Intelligence technologies, and visualize workflows with process mapping and modelling techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to automation, AI, and process initiatives, facilitating workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit functional and non‑functional requirements and turn them into testable user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gain alignment and agreement on produced models supporting Engineering & Platforms teams.
• Capture relevant business context and process understanding to be leveraged for AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.

• Lead, develop, and analyse data-driven POV/POC process mining models to validate assumptions on defined processes.
• Support all phases of the development of business process digital twins, ensuring deliverables are completed, including defining, documenting, and ensuring traceability of requirements, SDLC documentation, user acceptance testing, validation of identified data sources and data profiling of processes’ digital footprints, and sustainment activities to Digital Twins and their KPI Control Towers.
• Leverage knowledge and experience of the process intelligence tool set (process models, task mining and mapping, digital twins) to lead analysis and documentation of inefficiencies and improvement opportunities for defined business processes.
• Pinpoint, scope and prioritise identification of process adherence to generate value opportunities and develop KPIs based on data points and business opportunity needs.
• Apply experience with data transformation concepts and ETL workflows to trace data lineage, validate process mining datasets, and translate business process requirements into data specifications.

• Support and lead core elements of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC process, including requirements specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
• Lead and collaborate with relevant teams to develop test cases and test scripts for automated and AI‑driven solutions, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate findings, present recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation, AI, and Process Intelligence, and proactively recommend process improvements and automation opportunities that integrate AI capabilities.
