Director, IT Strategy – Execution

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the strategy, design, and implementation of business transformation journey for Animal Health manufacturing IT division
• Ensuring the GAHM IT organization operates effectively and efficiently
• Acting as Chief of Staff and trusted advisor to the GAHM IT Lead
• Working across the GAHM IT Manufacturing, Quality & Supply Chain value teams
• Delivering on a multi-year roadmap of transformative business initiatives
• Providing leadership and direction for innovative solutions and operational execution
• Driving talent strategy and execution

• 7–10 years of strategy or business consulting experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM‑related subject, or equivalent industry experience
• Strong management and communication skills
• Proven track record of designing and leading programs across multiple groups and teams
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs
• Ability to synthesize business needs and available technologies into practical solution designs
• Experience managing and motivating a dispersed international team across multiple time zones
