Senior Specialist, GCS Process Steward (Planning Domain)
Primary Activities (not limited to):

  • Lead development and implementation of GCS supply chain planning/forecasting processes aligned to GCS short- and long-term objectives.
  • Serve as SAP and global business process knowledge expert for supply chain planning and forecasting.
  • Drive resolution of business challenges with system solutions across GCS.
  • Support business case development (Enhancement Prioritization Management Form) and maintain the Demand Tracker for enhancement requests/prioritization.
  • Drive process standardization, implementation, and training for new processes.
  • Ensure global process integrity by reviewing SOPs and assessing process changes for system impact.
  • Contribute to the GCS Global Process Steward Network; partner with Manufacturing Division Process Steward and COMET Functional Leads.
  • Support tier management and escalations for transactional issue resolution.
  • Contribute to planning-area Deviations, Investigations, and CAPAs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process-driven opportunities to improve business performance.
Education:
  • Bachelor's in Science/Engineering or similar with 5+ years relevant experience, or Master's with 3+ years (preferred).
Required Qualifications /

Skills:
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain Management or related planning support; knowledge of forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and business process execution.
  • 3+ years working with SAP PP-PI; knowledge of Demand Management, MPS, and MRP.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects/initiatives.
  • Strong written/verbal communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify and elevate risks to timelines/scope/deliverables.
  • Build trust-based stakeholder relationships; results-oriented.
Preferred

Skills:
  • System/business process design expertise (analysis, optimization, solution development), preferably life sciences.
  • Experience with large-scale SAP implementations and/or master data migration.
  • Advanced planning/scheduling tools (e.g., Kinaxis Rapid Response, OMP or similar).
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process optimization/continuous improvement certification.
