Job Description The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co‑op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Support Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long‑term goals. The Technology Procurement Co‑op will support strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract analysis, and technology investment initiatives across a global enterprise environment.
This role offers hands‑on exposure to technology procurement, vendor negotiations, digital transformation programs, and cross‑functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders. The co‑op will gain practical experience in managing supplier relationships, analyzing spend data, supporting sourcing events, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive business value.
- Support technology sourcing and procurement initiatives across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and professional services categories.
- Assist with supplier and contract analysis, including pricing comparisons, market research, and benchmarking.
- Analyze spending data to identify savings opportunities, supplier consolidation potential, and process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for procurement leadership.
- Participate in supplier meetings and support stakeholder engagement activities.
- Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives and digital capability projects.
- Support contract lifecycle and procurement workflow management activities.
- Research emerging technology market trends and supplier innovations.
- Strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation fundamentals.
- Technology procurement best practices.

- Contracting and supplier management processes.
- Enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or any related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Interest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or technology.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel analytics.
- Coursework in business analytics, supply chain, finance, or technology management.

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,908 - $111,111 USD FTP
