Job Description
We are currently seeking a Paralegal (Specialist, Legal Support) to join the Corporate Legal organization in the Office of General Counsel to provide support for the Vice President, Corporate Legal.
SEC Filing and Compliance Responsibilities- File and assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports with the SEC including Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, 11‑K, 8‑K and SD – Conflict Minerals Disclosure.
- Work with attorneys, finance and accounting colleagues on these reports and with Treasury and Compliance to update the necessary filings.
- Complete a Contingent Liabilities Report on a quarterly basis.
- Respond to inquiries relating to quarterly and annual reports.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed, including potential shareholder services responsibilities.
- Review, draft and develop simple legal documents and communications, and contribute to the drafting of complex legal documents and communications.
- Independently handle legal and/or factual research as appropriate.
- Develop and support initiatives to streamline processes and tools.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, establish and maintain effective working relationships, and independently prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Complete intricate data and fact analysis and interpret results to fulfill business and legal needs.
- Determine advice on routine matters independently and respond to moderately complex legal issues under the direction of an attorney.
- Deliver concise legal documents and communications to internal business partners with support of an attorney as appropriate.
- Operate with a high degree of independence and discretion on highly sensitive and business‑critical matters.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new technology and software applications (knowledge of Workiva’s wDesk software program is desired but not necessary).
- Excellent organization, communication skills (written and verbal), and attention to detail.
- High School degree required.
- Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Salary range: $87,300.00 – $. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.

Work ArrangementHybrid: three total days on‑site per week (Monday to Thursday), Friday remote, unless business critical tasks require on‑site presence. 25% travel required.
