Executive Director, Program and Study Management, Oncology

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director Program And Study Management Oncology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.

The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Location:

Rahway, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $255,800 – $402,700 annually

• Translate scientific objectives into executable operational strategies for clinical programs
• Oversee operational planning and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of clinical trials
• Promote proactive collaborations to enhance trial delivery strategies and manage risks
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements throughout trial operations
• Lead and mentor a global team, fostering accountability and operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree required; scientific-related concentration preferred
• 12+ years of relevant experience in clinical development programs
• Expertise in managing clinical trials and translating knowledge across organizational levels
• Strong experience in digital solutions for clinical operations, including AI and predictive analytics
