Director, Statistical Programming, Clinical Schedules; Hybrid

Lead clinical schedule management within BARDS, overseeing development and review of randomization and unblinding schedules for drug and vaccine programs across early and late phases.

• direct cross-functional interactions to optimize trial schedules, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, manage staff and forecast resources, and lead process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with statistics, data management, IT, clinical safety, and global supply teams; represent the function at leadership levels and drive departmental initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Biological Sciences, or Engineering;
• 10+ years in analysis/reporting environments, including 2+ years managing a team;
• extensiveproject management and clinical schedule expertise, particularly in randomization, blinding, and clinical supply intersection;
• experience with regulatory submissions at leadership level.
