** WHAT YOU WILL DO
*** Support the Marketing Manager in driving a cross-functional team to help achieve our brand goals.
* Develop strategic marketing plans based on market insights and analysis.
* Help manage budgets and resources to prioritize promotional activities effectively.
* Take the lead on marketing programs and activities for specific departments or products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor progress.
* Create engaging promotional materials to showcase our products across all marketing channels.
* Participate in regular discussions with the sales team to gather feedback from healthcare professionals regarding marketing effectiveness.
* Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry.
* Conduct product training sessions with clear marketing objectives and strategies.
* Track competitors’ activities and stay informed about competitors' promotional efforts. Regularly update the sales team with insights and counter-strategies.
** WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
** To be successful in this role, you will have:
* University graduate from Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science or related disciplines, with at least 2 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
* Sensitive to market trend / practice of pharmaceutical industry
* Good in time management and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, result focused and a will to succeed
* Good team player, strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
* Fast-learner, organized, detail-oriented and creative
* Proficient in English, Chinese (Cantonese) and MS Office
