WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Operating Room Nurse for this 13‑week contract assignment at a prestigious hospital in Rahway, NJ.

• Day shift, four 10‑hour sessions.
• Records all patient care information concisely, accurately, and completely in the facility EMR.
• Prepares the operating room for patient/procedure and assists other staff in setting up and breaking down the room.
• Assists in positioning patients and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Handles specimens with accurate care and labeling.
• Initiates corrective actions whenever needed.
• Observes and enforces strict aseptic standards.

• Current RN license for the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum two years of acute operating room RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• EPIC experience required.
