Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility: Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Location: Rahway, New Jersey Pay Rate: Up to $43 per hour Shifts: All Shifts Available

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Rahway, NJ. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
• Perform wound care and other clinical procedures
• Monitor and document resident conditions, observations, and interventions
• Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal care

• Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
