Director, Multiomic Sciences
At our company, we are committed to becoming the premier, research-intensive biopharmaceutical company and are dedicated to providing leading innovations and solutions for today and the future.
Our Researchers serve as the driving force behind our Innovations. We identify and target mechanisms or pathways involved in the disease process, and invent novel treatments/therapeutics to address unmet medical needs. This exceptionally COMPLEX task represents one of the most MULTIDISCIPLINARY endeavours in the field requiring expertise across disease biology, cellular systems, translational science, bioengineering, and data-driven research.
As Director, Multiomic Sciences, you will build and lead one of the industry's most advanced molecular biomarker and multiomics group, integrating Immunoassays, Mass Spectrometry, Genomics, Flow Cytometry, Single-cell technologies, and AI-enabled analytics to transform how disease biology is understood, therapeutic targets are validated, and medicines are developed. Your team will generate actionable biological insights, enable biomarker-driven decisions, de-risk drug development programs, and influence critical portfolio decisions across discovery and clinical development.
This role sits at the intersection of molecular biology, biomarker sciences, multiomic technologies, translational medicine, and data science, creating a unique opportunity to redefine how molecular biomarkers are discovered, validated, and deployed across the R&D pipeline. We aspire to establish a global benchmark for molecular biomarker and multiomic sciences by combining leading-edge analytical platforms, human biology, and computational approaches to accelerate the discovery and development of transformative medicines and vaccines.
This role is based at our state-of-the-art research facility in Biopolis, Singapore, and offers a unique opportunity to influence our scientific strategy while building a high-performing team dedicated to advancing Multiomics Sciences for drug discovery and development.
If you are passionate about leading multidisciplinary scientific teams, advancing molecular biomarkers and multiomics technologies, and applying innovative approaches to transform our understanding of disease biology, we invite you to join us in pioneering the future of translational research for the biopharmaceutical industry.
