Director of Multiomic Sciences
leading advanced molecular biomarker and multiomics research to support drug discovery and development.
Responsibilities- build and oversee a multidisciplinary team integrating immunoassays, mass spectrometry, genomics, flow cytometry, and AI analytics;
- develop strategies and capabilities for biomarker discovery, validation, and application across discovery and clinical phases;
- foster external partnerships;
- contribute to scientific leadership through publications and collaborations.
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, or related, with 8+ years industry experience in biopharma R&D;
- proven expertise in biomarker sciences, multiomics technologies, and translational medicine;
- experience in drug discovery across oncology, immunology, neuroscience, or cardiometabolic areas;
- strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
