Specializing in Quantitative Biosciences within Early Discovery, focusing on novel drug discovery methodologies such as chemically induced proximity (e.g., molecular glues, PROTACs).
Responsibilities- Lead mechanistic research using biophysical, biochemical, structural, and computational techniques to decode ternary systems and protein-small molecule interactions;
- Collaborate across discovery chemistry, biology, and pharmacology;
- Author publications and present findings.
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Pharmacology, Structural Biology, or related field, with proven expertise in protein interaction assays (e.g., SPR, ITC, NMR), protein biochemistry, structural biology, and computational modeling;
- Strong publication record.
- Experience with TPD platforms, high-resolution structural methods (X-ray, cryo-EM, NMR), AI/ML structure prediction tools, and scripting skills.
- Early-stage drug discovery, chemically induced proximity modalities, protein-ligand interaction characterization, structural biology, computational biophysics.
- Hybrid in Rahway, NJ, with approximately 10% travel.
